The Wedding March.

Hi, I'm back from a wedding event. Don't get me wrong, I'm not the one who get married HAHA. For those who asked, I'm currently working as a pianist in The Gardens Lifestyle Cafe, The Gardens on weekends only. My working session is from 12pm so come to visit me if you're free! :P

The manager notified me to go work earlier than usual today because there's a wedding event going on and I'm required to play earlier. When I reached there, the person in charged was decorating the cafe. The ambiance was nice to hold an event like this! Not forgetting to mention, the crystal piano makes the cafe more chimerical. Then I was told that the event will only begin at 12pm, that means there's more time for me to search for love songs. The manager showed me a list of romantic songs they wanted, luckily, clever enough, I brought my iPad along HEHEHEHE. Quickly, I launched Safari for love songs music sheets. Found some of them then I immediately practiced there. I also prepared several Yiruma's songs. :3

Somehow I think I was quite oblivious as I did not prepare the wedding march LOLOLOL. How could I forget about this song when it comes to a wedding event. Blimey. I almost drenched in sweat when the person in charged asked me to play it when being notified lol. When she asked me if it was okay for me to play that, I responded "I'll try my best" with a hint of slight bitterness. There, I felt grateful for my iPad, seriously it is such a wonderful creation. Without hesitating, I searched for the wedding march song. I had not played that song for quite some time. I recalled how I played it when I was only in Grade 5 haha! "The chords must be played carefully, without any obvious mistakes", I told myself. I could feel everyone was staring at me when the downbeat was played. Well, show time, I told myself in order to boost up my confidence. In fact, my heart was racing. I was fortunate enough as the song was played smoothly and "confidently". *smirking superciliously*

Had quite a challenging time as everyone was expecting the best music in such a blissful event. After that I asked the manager is there any complaint or opinion for my performance and she said no complains but everyone was satisfied. Yay, I feel good!! (Y)

Teddy Boy actually came, right after his St.John duty! He then stood at a side and watched me playing the songs for awhile! Then I shooed him to Sushi Zanmai (to queue, evil me.) when my working session was about to end. Thanks for coming, meh. :P
