Texted Natalie last night to date her out for brunch this morning. We haven't met each other since November and I missed her!
Excited for this morning, I woke up pretty early just to doll up and choose my outfit. White top with shorts, or sweater with shorts took up more time than I had expected. (I can become very fussy when it comes to picking the perfect outfit which suits my mood for the day) My brother was forced by my mum to accompany me there as she didn't want me to drive alone. (Ya, my mum is a worrywart) Anyway, we reached Bangsar Village at 10.30am, found a parking next to the entrance and we thought we were really lucky!
Met up with Natalie in Nutmeg! It's not my first time dining in Nutmeg but the food is so nice that I had to pay them a second visit. Coming into vision, the entire compound of Nutmeg was already packed with people enjoying their lattes, dissecting croissants and breads, chit-chatting with their companions with occasional breakout of gentle laughters. What a relaxed and carefree Sunday morning!

As you can see, this restaurant is not as really spacious so it's better to make a reservation prior your visit to avoid having to stand and wait in a long queue!

Decorated with a twist of Christmas, Nutmeg almost felt like a different place to me. The delicate ornaments were dancing around the trees like little fairies, sprinkling a tint of joy and peacefulness that glitters in the atmosphere. Can you feel the Christmas spirit already?

I decided to share the Nutmeg Big Breakfast (RM28) with my brother because I didn't know how big the portion is beforehand and I was afraid that I couldn't finish everything up myself.
In my opinion, I would say that a Big Breakfast in Nutmeg is perfect to make you feel loved, wonderful and blessed in the morning. You know how important breakfast is in kicking start our day!! I really couldn't get enough of their sauteed mushrooms, they were so juicy and tender!
You were also given the option to add-on a side; and the choice lies between hashed potatoes or Fried Mac & Cheese, House-cured salmon or Salted beef.
However, I personally think that it is quite pricey for that portion and it doesn't come with any beverages like how it works in Plan B's or Antipodean's breakfast sets.

Natalie's French Toast (RM16)
Fluffiest french toast I have ever had! Somehow it tastes slightly like Kaya puffs for me lolol.

Also, there is a variety of toppings to choose from: guaranteed to give your toast a swing of greatness!

Never forgetting to take a selfie with my date!!
