It's ok to have some me-time

Sometimes, all you need is just a break

A break from anything that gives you nothing pleasurable, but stress, anger and pessimism. 

Sometimes, all you need is just some "me-time" -

Some "me-time" that separates you from the rest of the world for a short while to discover more about your true self. 

Sometimes, all you need is an engagement

An engagement on the things which interest you and make you happy. 

Sometimes, all we want is just to be happy, isn't it? 

Unfortunately, life is not a bowl of cherries - You can't always have a happy and carefree life.

Sometimes, there are just things or people that bring you down, unexpectedly. 

Sometimes, you just never see that coming. You never expected it. But it just came without warning, leaving you alone to face the unprecedented despair.

Trepidation began to mount somewhere in the back of your mind, growing ever so quickly to dominate all your thoughts, visions and sensations. 

You feel helpless. You feel hopeless. You just don't know what to do and what to say. 

And you feel as if the whole universe abhors your existence, and you begin to have all sorts of negative beliefs of yourself, your past and your future. 

 All you feel like doing is escaping - escaping from reality to somewhere else where nobody knows who you are, 

because you are tired, 

tired of pretending to be someone you are not in this realistic world.
