Mother's Day

First of all, I apologise for not updating my blog frequently lately. If you are following my Twitter updates, you would have probably known that I had plunged into very much sadness and depression for the past few days. Well, I encountered some personal issues which hurt me so badly, and I was seriously distracted by the things that didn't deserve my attention at all. Honestly, the past three days were very torturing and I felt as if I were living in a burning hell. I had a terrible mental breakdown. I felt as if I had lost my soul. I felt sick all the time and consequently, I would say, that I also fell sick, physically. Lost my appetite for the past few days too, by the way. I even doubted if anorexia hit me because I just vomited all my meals, even after having light ones.

I'm sure you can't imagine how bad my situation was. You won't believe how often I once locked myself in the room and cried silently to myself.

But now, I am glad that I am completely awaken from the nightmare. I felt so relieved that I finally "reclaimed" my life. All thanks to my life saviour, Teddy, for resurrecting me and bringing me back to life. Thank you for the unconditional love. ♥

Today, I have finally regained my appetite and I am feeling much better! And so, I am here to present to you about my Mother's Day!

I had a very simple Mother's Day celebration last Sunday with my family! For the past few years, we did not really celebrate Mother's Day because mummy always preferred eating at home, instead of dining in crowded restaurants.

But this year, brother and I suggested to have a simple dinner in Kampachi, Pavilion to celebrate Mother's Day! We agreed to treat them to something nice as our humble token of appreciation and love for them.

Salmon Trio
Honestly, the portion was slightly small for my family and I think it was quite pricey (rm130)!! Despite the price and the portion, I think the salmons were pretty fresh!

Dear mummy,

Sometimes we may not see eye to eye on some issues, but deep down in my heart, I understand that every single thing you did for me bears a reason behind it. And the reason is pretty simple, I know you just want to give the best for me. Without you, I would only be a bird without its wings. Without you, I would never be who I am today. I know I am not one who would usually express my love for you by mouth, but I just want you to know that you are the greatest mum in the world. Thank you for always being there to hear me out when I needed someone to talk to. Thank you for always standing by me even the rest of the world is falling apart. Thank you for sacrificing so much for the family! Mum, you are amazing, and I love you.
