The Cinderella Carousel is so beautiful!

We opted for the Royal Banquet Hall for lunch!

Being a themed restaurant itself, the interior of the Royal Banquet Hall is very classy! They serve a variety of cuisines, ranging from Western food to Chinese food to Japanese food.

My ramen! I wouldn't say it was good, but it wasn't bad either.

Fried rice with seafood.

Fish and chips.

Oh hi, Mickey!

After lunch, we felt all pumped up again and it's time to discover more about Disneyland!

The adventures of Winnie the Pooh sounds kiddy so we skipped it. Sorry Mr.Pooh :(

Adventureland sounds wayyyyyy more interesting! :P

Obviously, this is Tarzan's Treehouse hahah!

Headed to the Grizzly Gulch for some adventures!!

It started drizzling in the afternoon so people started carrying their umbrellas.

I kinda love this place because it kind of takes us to the West!

Here we are, The Big Grizzly Mountain!!

High-speed roller coaster with unexpected turns and stops? CHALLENGE ACCEPTED.

We heard people screaming out their lungs while we were queuing up for this - a sign that we were not queuing up for nothing!
Experience:
Indeed, it's a thrilling ride!!!! The high-speed made it really intense and at times, I felt as if my heart was going to barge right through its holding cage. It isn't the usual kind of roller coaster which keeps thrust you forward, but there's an exciting TWIST in this ride!!
At one point, the train begins to ascend a slope, just like the normal roller coaster everyone has been on. But once the train nears the top of the slope, it was as if the lift cable suddenly broke, everything FELL BACKWARDS! Before we had a hiatus to catch a breath, the ride zoomed down a different track, entering another mine. There are also two animatronic bears inside the mine (and yes, they spoke in Cantonese hahah!) All of a sudden, a TNT went off right behind us, launching us out of the mine amidst clouds of smoke! (similar to the Mine Car's TNT Explosion scene from Disney film "Home on the Range"). The roller coaster then went through a variety of twists and turns before arriving at the terminal.
IT WAS EXTREMELY FUN!!!!!! We all felt much more energetic after the ride!!

Spot Marie Cat standing in the adorable pink kiosk!!!!

Family shot with the vain Marie Cat hehehe!

Love this picture with Winnie the Pooh so much!!!!

With Goofy!!! (He looked sleepy by the way hahahah)

Mad Hatter Tea Cups from Alice in Wonderland!!

Love Fantasyland so much because all the buildings are painted in pastel colours!!

My friends told me that I should never miss the Golden Mickeys show, so we didn't think twice about queuing up!!

Selfie to kill time while waiting, again.

The queue was just crazy!

After an hour of queuing up, we finally made our way into the theatre! It was pretty spacious and comfortable!

The show started off with a golden team of dancers performing gracefully on the stage.
The Golden Mickeys is a musical revue-style stage show presented in the style of an awards ceremony with characters from Disney films being nominated for awards including heroism, symphony, villains, friendship, and romance.

The show was narrated in Cantonese, along with simplified Chinese and English subtitles on the screen. However, all the songs are presented in English (aptly). I really don't want to imagine how the song would turn out to be if it's in Cantonese lolol.

Woody and Jessy!

The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
Many other characters such as Lilo and Stitch, Tarzan, Mulan, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast also performed their theme songs. I apologise for not taking any photos of the rest of the characters because 1) I wanted to savour every second of the shows, 2) I was so absorbed into the fantasies that the only thing I remembered doing was to breathe.
The musical revue-style stage show was awesome and I enjoyed it so much!!!! It feels like I was re-visiting all the lovely Disney moments once again. When all the characters showed up, performing all the familiar themed songs, I was overwhelmed tidal waves of nostalgia (and my eyes were cooking up tears towards the ending because the entire show reminded me of how happy and blissful my childhood was.)

The show was about half an hour long. By the time we marched out from the theatre, the sky has already turned dark and THEN...the rain began to pour! :(

Oh hi Dumbos!

The weather in Hong Kong is simply unpredictable! It was really sunny in the afternoon and we never thought it would rain at night urgh.

A breathtaking night scene of the Cinderella Carousel.
Depressingly, the fireworks performance had be cancelled due to the heavy downpour. I was really frustrated because one of the biggest reasons for visiting Disneyland is because I want to witness the fireworks dancing in the navy skies above Disney castle.
Well, I guess life is not a Disneyland fairytale and it doesn't always have a happy ending.

Our shoes were drenched, clothes all soaked and bodies all wet - but a little castle of Disneyland will forever stand tall and proud amidst the rain, never be washed away in the realms of our memory...

Despite the incomplete ending of our journey, we were more than glad to have visited Disneyland. The joy, the laughters and the many inspirations are probably something we will never find again at any other one place. It was definitely a memorably caramelised chapter of my life - I bet many of the moments will come flashing in my head upon the very final breaths I draw in this dimension.
Farewell, the land of dreams and happiness - Disneyland.
In a state of frustration, he goes to see Louis, who tells him he

hasn’t done. I tried cheap nose pieces that were designed
to open the nostrils and breathing passages, but they did
not work. Many pet owners moan and groan about losing sleep because their canine companions curl up next
to them and begin sawing wood, so to speak,
with open-mouthed snoring.
