Oh, why hello there! Today, I'll be blogging about the LAST day of my Hong Kong trip!
When: 14.08.2014
Where: ALL ABOUT FOOD.

The more you try to hold on to happy hours a little longer, the more they always seem to accelerate and slip past one’s grasp so inconspicuously, don't you think so?
The weather was pretty fine - much better than the previous day. However, we did not get to visit a lot of new places because we only had a morning to spare - we had to head to the airport at 2pm. We spent the few hours shopping before heading to the airport.

Brother Chaw.

Rise and shine!

Had breakfast at a very popular restaurant (龍鳳冰室) which is often visited by celebrities.
Address:大坑浣紗街6A號地舖 (Wun Sha Street, Tai Hang, Causeway Bay)

They serve a diverse of local food, ranging from toasts to noodles, and also some popular side dishes you sure have already heard of.

Aunty Mun hehehe

As you can tell, the restaurant has very limited seats so it gets full-housed really quick.

港式奶茶 and 港式鴛鴦
Honestly, there's nothing special about the taste...lolol. Perhaps the sifu's in Malaysia have already mastered the essence of making these tea, and we have already been enjoying the authentic HK taste back at home?

Polo Bun with scrambled eggs. It was such a perfect main to kick start the day with.

Macaroni soup with corns and ham slices. I know it may look unappealing, but the taste turned out to be awesome!! Never judge a book by its cover, they say ;)

French toast. However, this wasn't as good as we thought. :(

Set meal - Polo bun with scrambled eggs, corns and fish fillet.

Hung on the wall were photos of celebrities who had once visited the restaurant.

My outfit hehe!

Haahaha, a candid shot of us when we were walking on the streets.
After a lil bit of shopping, we dropped by Hui Lau Shan for some desserts!

Curry fish balls!!! Super yummy, but the portion was rather small.

I'm craving for these chicken wings already!! T.T *can I go back in time??*

Carrot cake, a must-try if you're landing your foot at Hong Kong.

Mango sago.

To be honest, there's no difference between HK's Hui Lau Shan and Malaysia's Hui Lau Shan lolol.

We also bought some moon-cakes from Maxim!

Hehehe my new shoes - Nike AF-1 Ultra Force

Before heading to the airport, we had lunch in this restaurant.

The meal was super scrumptious and savoury! We really enjoyed it.

Shopped for awhile in the airport and bought some snacks and souvenirs haha!
The entire trip to Hong Kong was fantastic. We got to try a lot of local delicacies and also explore various cool places. We also had the opportunity to catch the One Piece and Snoopy exhibition which were only available in HK for a limited period of time. Not forgetting to mention, Hong Kong Disneyland was truly amazing and enchanting!
Hong Kong, we will be back soon! ♥
P.S. Leave me a comment if you read all my posts with the hashtag #JessicaInHK! If you did, I will give you a big hug hahahaha!! Now, who wants my hug?! :P
