Hey guys! I'm here to blog about two cafés that I've been to recently - Good Golly Miss Molly and The Owls Cafe.
Over the recent years, Malaysians slowly adopt the culture of spending our leisure time sipping on coffee, tasting delicate cakes in a cafe, especially on weekends! I wasn't the last to hop onto the bandwagon (since when? Uhh... someday in the past?) and I'm slowly falling in love with this culture. To me, everyone is encouraged to spend a few afternoons with coffee weekly (or at least experience once!) because it kinda provides an opportunity for us to interact more with the people we care about.
And by interaction I do mean interaction beyond mobile phones.
Since Malaysians love cafés, countless of up-and-rising cafés started blooming. If cafés are flowers, Spring is everywhere in this beautiful country we all love (despite of a lot of things).
So last Friday, my friend and I dropped by Good Golly Miss Molly café which is located in an old building named the Millenium Square. If it wasn't for my friend, I would have never known about the existence of this café!

A pleasant aroma of coffee marched right into our olfactory senses as we stepped into the café! It was a parade of different flavours, and the mixture of fragrance enlivened me.

While coffee is their specialty, they also serve tea and a basic selection of desserts.

Raspberry Cheesecake.

Red Velvet Cake. I was head over heels for the well-composed texture, and the sweetness of the cake is just right! This surely goes down into my "recommendation list".

The Owls Cafe
My friend and I dropped by this café to kill some time prior to Jay Chou's concert last Friday.
This cafe has a very warm and relaxing ambiance that cuddles you in the warm embrace of "home".
Goodness!

In Owls Café , set your eyes ready for owl-themed decorations!!! I-don't-say!!! LOL!

The King's. This cake is superb!!! It magically becomes more and more addictive with every bite I took. YUMS!
*Disclaimer: No drugs are involved in the production of this cake*

I didn't get to try the waffles because they don't serve waffle after 5pm...so people, please take note if some good-ol'-waffles are what you're aiming for!
