Just a quick update on my black and red ensemble I'd put on yesterday!

It's been a while since I wrote a styling post, so here's it! :D

To begin with, I'm absolutely in love with the red belted flared skirt Anticlockwise.sg sent to me. When I first got my hands on it, I could immediately envision the ideal outfit that I am definitely going to try on. Skater skirts with flirty flares have taken the fashion scene by storm, and you simply can't go wrong with a skater skirt anyway - be it with or without flares. The flare is now a finishing statement for dresses and plain skirts - it’s a versatile touch to keep your pins free and your sense of style alive.

Since the skirt is in plain red, I decided to go for a bolder option for my top and hence, the tribal-printed bralet. To add a fusion of edgy-badass touch to my entire outfit, I simply threw on a biker jacket! I think a biker jacket is pretty much a staple and essential fashion piece that transcends the bounds of time, and it's a must-have in every girl's wardrobe.

I kept my accessories minimal this time, because I intend to have the limelight shining on my garments. So, a choker and a pair of aviator will already the job done, no exaggeration or overkill!
For the shoes, *laughs* well what else would Jessica wear? ;)
