2AM.

It's already November. In fact, the first week of November is already coming to an end, in the blink of an eye. I couldn't believe that there's only 2 months left in 2016. It's crazy how time flew by this year. I'd been so busy almost every day, waking up early for uni, dealing with a long list of never-ending assignments, occasionally catching up with some friends and repeating the same routine. It's been so long since I had a day when I just feel super lifeless. Oh, and it's been really long since I read a book too. The amount of new books lining up impatiently on my shelf is insane. I can't believe I haven't even read the books that I bought last year. Somehow it's just pretty hard for me to find time to enjoy the sheer pleasure of diving into the storyline of a book this year.

Most of the time, I would say I am a rather positive person. I can't help but feel quite negative recently, especially at the beginning of the month. It's a brand new month, a brand new start, they say. But I'm already feeling so tired and uninspired. Firstly, I was stressed out for an assignment, worrying that my analytical skills aren't good enough for it. Secondly, I still couldn't get over the fact that I've lost one of my favourite sunglasses. (girl, isn't this a trivial matter?) No, it is something really valuable to me and I bought it with my hard-earned-money. The worst part is I am not even sure where was the last place I saw it and I did not even realise that it'd gone missing until my mum wanted to borrow it. Sigh.

Anyway, some midnight thoughts.

I'm done with people who are so negative and constantly have the thinking that everyone in the world is against them and that everyone is trying to undermine them. I honestly have no idea how to deal with this kind of people anymore because they just tend to tweak your good intentions and make it seem like you are trying to conspire against them. Yes, it certainly saddens you when you found that someone whom you thought know you, twists your words and talks bad about you. But you know what, it doesn't matter what the person says about you if you have a clear conscience and have nothing to hide. Just keep doing what you think is right.
